It's That Time Again!!!

WYA Football Sign Ups will be:
At the Hurricane Springs Park Tower
(above the concessions)

Saturday,May 12 10:00am-12:00

Saturday,May 19 10:00am-12:00

These are the only two live registrations we will have this year.
All other sign ups are online starting Saturday, May 12th and ending on or before Saturday,May 19th.

Teams:

8 under,10 under,12 under

Birthdates are as of Sept 1. 2012.

Only 25 kids per team and NO GAURANTEE of 2 teams. First come, first serve to play . The first 25 kids will have a team. The rest of sign ups will wait for 25 more , with no exceptions. And NO late registrations .

Registration: $115 This includes team pants and jersey, helmet logos for you helmet , all WYA field and maintenance fees, all league Ref fees and season scheduling fees , registration dues and plus much more.

Everyone knows this is a volunteer organization so if you are interested in helping with anything on the list below please email me and let me know. I look forward to seeing everyone !
I will be needing many volunteers this year and need you to please let me know ASAP for the following positions:

Evaluations coordinators for each age group to run drills for coaches. Date is June 2 at 9:30 for 8u, 10:30 for 12u

and 11:30 for 10u.

X2 persons...each age group

Uniform fitting and parent sign off sheets that will include uniforms sizing and code of conduct.

X4 persons... Each age group

June 2 at 9:30 for 8u, 10:30 for 12u

and 11:30 for 10u.

Team Moms, Team Dads, Field crews, Opening Day Commitee, Homecoming Commitee, Concessions, Chain Crews and scorekeepers, and more!!!

Football will only run with Good Help this year and cannot be a self run sport . We will only have a season with all of your help and cannot afford for Good people to stand aside instead of beside us this year . So step up and be that next LEADER in your age group . You never know what it may lead to or the difference you can make. NO EXCUSES !!!

Tuesday, May 1st 6:30pm-8pm
Thursday, May 3rd 6:30-8pm
Teams:
Termites - K5 - 1st
PeeWees - 2nd - 3rd
Midgets - 4th - 5th - 6th
(These are the grades you will be in next year 2012-2013)
